About the Broker

Christopher A. Rice is the Broker of Rice Realty serving the South Florida market with a relationship focused consultative approach. Christopher brings with him over 18 years of experience in a multitude of industries, allowing him to use the skills gained from this experience to provide a unique level of professional service to home buyers and sellers. 

 

Christopher's background and experience includes:  

• Service in the United States Marine Corps with two deployments to Iraq, highlighted by participating in Operation Phantom Fury, the Second Battle of Fallujah in November of 2004. 

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management

• Over 14 years of Commercial Contracting experience in varying capacities including sales and estimating, project management and internal team leadership roles. 

• Over 8 years of Real Estate Sales experience as an agent including the last 4 years as a licensed Broker. Christopher's experience also includes that as active Real Estate Investor and Landlord. 

 

This unique background and experience has allowed Christopher to gain a skillset that enables him to greatly serve his clients.  Above all, Christopher believes in a high quality experience throughout the buying and selling process.

 

Christopher resides in Boynton Beach, Florida with his wife Erika and their three sons Corlan, Keagan and Kiran.
